Website photographs, branding, copy, and original design are owned by Ellington Catering or used with permission.

Orders, prices, and payment

Online orders are processed by Square. Prices, taxes, discounts, availability, and the final total shown during Square checkout control the transaction. Review those details before paying.

An order is not complete merely because items were added to a cart or a checkout link was created. Payment and order status must be confirmed by Square. We may contact you if fulfillment details require clarification.

Full-service catering and custom bakery work can require a separate proposal, contract, deposit, or approval. Those signed terms control if they differ from this website summary.

Availability and changes

Menus, photographs, portions, ingredients, prices, pickup windows, and availability can change. We try to keep the website accurate, but an item is not guaranteed until the order is accepted and available for fulfillment.

If we cannot fulfill a paid item, we will contact you about a reasonable substitution or a refund for the affected amount.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, pickup, event, and dietary information; reviewing the Square checkout total; arriving during the confirmed pickup window; and transporting and storing food safely after pickup.

Food-allergy and cross-contact information is especially important. Please review our Pickup & Allergen Guidance and contact us directly before ordering for anyone with a severe allergy.

Third parties and other legal terms

Square, WeddingWire, and other linked services have their own terms. Ellington Catering is not responsible for third-party websites or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

To the extent allowed by law, the website is provided as available and Ellington Catering is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
