Pickup orders

Pickup orders are collected at 915 South Main Street, Farmville, Virginia, unless your Square confirmation or a member of our team gives different instructions.

Use the confirmed date and pickup window shown for your order. Most menus require at least 48 hours’ notice, while Meals To Go and special releases can follow their own availability. If you are running late or need assistance, call (434) 603-1667.

Review the item count before leaving whenever practical. Pickup is not shipping, and an order is not scheduled for delivery unless delivery was separately confirmed in writing.

Transport, reheating, and storage

Keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold during transport. Refrigerate perishable food promptly, follow any reheating instructions supplied with the order, and use appropriate food-safety judgment for the travel time and serving environment.

Once an order leaves our care, the customer is responsible for safe transportation, holding temperatures, storage, reheating, and service.

Allergens and cross-contact

Our kitchen handles common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame. Shared kitchens, equipment, preparation surfaces, fryers, storage, and suppliers create a possibility of cross-contact.

We will discuss ingredients and reasonable accommodations, but we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of an allergen. Menu names and photographs are not complete ingredient lists, and recipes or supplier ingredients can change.

Before ordering for an allergy

For a severe allergy, celiac disease, or another medically necessary restriction, call us before placing or paying for an order. Do not rely only on a cart note, request-form message, or prior version of a recipe.

Tell us the specific allergen or restriction, the affected item, and the seriousness of the concern. If we cannot accommodate the request with reasonable confidence, we will say so rather than promise an unsafe substitution.
